how to add/display an enterprise field in a userform?

is there a possibility to include/display a custom enterprise field (project
level) in a userform including lookup table information? The field should
have the same functionality as fields listed in the project information
window.

my target:
I want some fields of the project information window to be shown and edited
in a separate userform.

If you mean the sort of form you would create using Tools > Customize >
Forms, then the answer is no.

You can display a Project field in such a form, but it will not be
editable.

It is possible to write custom code to make it do what you want, but it
is not a minor thing.
