how to add error bars into bar chart

Dear All,

I am trying to use the following code to create a bar chart with error
bar. But failed on
......
.ErrorBar Direction:=xlY, Include:=xlBoth, Type:=xlCustom,
Amount:=errBar
......

Could any one help me figure out what's wrong?
