How to add menu items to "Foldet Context Menu" of Outlook 2003???

Hi,

I am developinga ATL COM Addin for Microsoft Outlook 2003.I
imported mso.dll. I have to add menu items to "Folder Context Menu" which is
right click on folder.(ID: 32802, Type: msoBarTypePopup).
