how to add or delete an icon in the "save as" toolbar

When I do a "save as" I get a box that has a toolbar with icons in it ( like
desktop, my computer, my documents, etc), I need to delete the My Documents
icon and replace it with the Briefcase icon so I can easily save file to My
Briefcase.

Sorry- just noticed they have upgraded to Office 2002...using Windows 2000
Service Pack 4
