How to add original message to reply, I have no Options on Tools

At one time I got rid of the original message for the reply, now I would like
to include it. The instructions say to to to Options on Tools menu but I have
no 'Options' on my Tools menu. any Ideas. Thank you

Perhaps you have "short" menus enabled whereby only recently used menu items
show. When you click on the Tools menu, if you have a double arrow at to the
bottom of the menu, click on it to show the full menu.
