How to add other language recognition in Office Document Imaging?

Hello all,

Is that possible to add other language support to make the Office Document
Imaging to recognize other languages besides English, French and Spanish?

I am asking this because I have to convert .mdi file contains Chinese and
Russian characters, respectively. But the Office Document Imaging doesn't
support these two language, even if I changed the default language.

I wonder if somebody know if it is possible to add other language so the OCR
could recognize.
