How to add Pass/Fail boxes in a table

Hello,

I am writing a procedure in word using the "tables" option
and I want to add a "pass/fail" option box in every row in
1 column. Currently I am doing it by making a text box
and creating the 2 boxes in a text box with the
words "pass" and "fail" over them. By doing it this way I
have to manually line up each row of "pass/fail" text
boxes in each cell. Is there a better way? I sure hope
so =) Thanks for you time.

There's definitely a better way! Can you describe a bit better what effect
you're trying to achieve?
