Hi BE,
You have a couple of options. One is to insert the Status Indicator
field. This will show icons for:
Tasks complete = check mark
Future task = blank
Task on schedule = clock with check mark
Task is late = clock with exclamation point.

You could also add a custom field referring to [Finish Variance], or
[Cost Variance] , or [Start Variance] depending upon what you want to
measure. Then by using Graphical indicators have the field show flags
or other graphics.

You could certainly modify the fields used to work with other indicators
for schedule.
