How to add serial numbering of some blocks of text?

Hello.
There is one templates which has 6 blocks of text (columns) on the
page. These blocks is identical except one area with numbering these
blocks. The numbering starts with 00001 to 10000.
I want to know how to add serial numbering to these blocks?

I did the field with code: {seq MyList \# "00000"}. It seems works.
