How to add the "My Templates" tab in Front Page 2003?

I need help eith adding the "My Templates" tab to my Front Page 2003 "Web
Site Templates Interface". If someone could point me in the right direction,
I would appreciate it.

You don't edit the "My Templates" Tab,
but you can edit any custom templates in it

They are stored as folders for each custom template in:
%AppDATA%\Microsoft\FrontPage\Webs
