how to add to an existing note in One Note

i have an exisitng blank page with text and want to go back and add
stationery i am on trial version and can not download SP1

In the current version you can only specify stationery when you create a
new page.

To apply stationery to an existing page, create a blank page with the
desired stationery and then cut/paste the Notes containers and header
information to this new page.
