How to add = to range of cells

Hi,

I have a range of cells that have a different number in each. Is there
a quick way to add "=" in each cell at the beginning so then I can
select another cell to divide by? OR, is there a quicky way to divide
numbers in cells B23:B36 by numbers in cells B4:B17?
