How to add words to thesaurus??

I know that I can add a custom dictionary to my profile in word, but is it
possible to add words to a custom thesaurus or to add the services:
Wiktionary, Wikisaurus, and Wikipedia to the references list?

You cannot add words to the built-in thesaurus, nor can you
create a custom thesaurus.
