How to addresses held in Outlook 2002 when writing emails using OE

I have just started using the email facility on Outlook Express but want to
have easy access to my address list in MS Outlook (and AOL for that matter).
How do I achieve this without having to cut and past from these other
applications for every person I wish to email?
