how to aggregate cost per seat

I intend to get the cost per seat , while entering the cost for all the
resources used to build up the infrastructure for the same.

Project will give you the total cost - simply divide that by the number of
seats and there you go. 30 seconds tops. That's the sort of thing that is
far faster just to do on a calculator than it is to get Project to do it for
you.
