How to allow team leads to see resource list

I've given team leads delegatory permission but when they go to delegate
tasks they get a message that says that they do not have permission to see
resource assignments. I've changed the group permissions a few times with no
success.

I sure hope someone can help.

I did some (not exhaustive) testing on this topic today. Have you analyzed
the category permissions that the Team Leads have with respect to resources?

From what I tested today, it see,s that if someone has delegate permission,
they are able to delegate to any resource encompassed by any category with
which they are associated.

Do your Team Leads have permission to see any resources?

Thanks for your help Reid. I got it working by assigning organization
category to team leads group and allowed permissions "assign resouce" and
"see resource assignments in assignment views" for organization category.
