How to allow two people at same RBS level to edit and save the sameproject?

Let's say there is need to allow any of 2-3 team members to open a
project in project pro and update task info or replace resources.

Isn't there only one owner of the plan any way you slice it?

Thoughts?

Sure there's only one owner, but any user with PM permissions can edit the
plan.

Well, I guess that's good under certain conditions. I was just
thinking about this a while ago at lunch and it dawned on me that two
team members at the same level in the RBS with Project Manager rights
could indeed open and edit the plan. If there were on different
branches they couldn't, right? In other words:

Company
Department
Group
Team Mbr (2 people at this level)

vs.

Company
Department
Group
Team Lead1 (1 person)
Team Lead2 (1 person)

It depends on the permissions each PM has. Say there were in the PM's group
which was associated to the "My Organization" then they WOULD be able to open
each other projects.

If they only had PM permissions to "My Personal Projects" they WOULDN'T be
able to access each other projects.
