I have been promoted to a position that requires me to
manage dozens of different projects, dozens of people,
and all related project resource procurement and tracking.
The company offered me a copy of MS Project 2002 to
assist me in performing my job. I have never used MS
Project before. I make use of MS Outlook-calendar and
Excel for all the smaller I have managed to this point.
Do you think MS Project the right change?
If so... Where can I get some good online training in its
use? Are there any good books?
Any feedback would be appreciated,
