How to assign/create my own icon to a macro in Quick Access Toolba

I want to know how to create my own icon face for a macro I assigned to the
Quick Access Toolbar. In Office 2003, you had the option of creating and
modifying icons in a customized toolbar, but in Office 2007, all you can
choose from are the standard icons in the icon library.

Hi Mike,

In Office 2007 you can use custom icons if you customize the ribbon, but not the Quick Access Toolbar if it's the one stored in the
..QAT files, such as Word.QAT. Those are basically limited to the 216 in the gallery plus 26 capital letters, A-Z. You can make
manual edits to the Quick Access Toolbar icon choices, but they usually don't stick.
