How to auto keep group of rows together and avoid a page break

How do I keep a group of rows together in Excel so that if I insert a new row
into the group which makes it spread over to the next page, it automatically
takes the whole group over to the next page, instead of spreading over two
pages?

I am using Excel 2003 SP3.

You can go into View|Page Break Preview mode and drag the pagebreak where you
need it.

But there's no setting like in MSWord for widow/orphan control -- or to keep
lines together.

Excel isn't much of a word processor.

Thanks Dave, I feared as much. I thought it would be easy using 'Groups' but
they also break across pages. Just have to keep going the clunky way.
