How to auto wrap text to window instead of setting it in Options m

When replying to email, the text in the email will only wrap to the number of
characters specified in the "Automatically wrap text at" setting in the
"Plain text options" section of the Tools->Options->Internet Format window.

How can I revert to the Outlook 2000 style where the text will wrap
according to the size of the window?
