How to automatically convert buleted list into organisation chart

I want to convert a hierarchically numbered list into an organisation chart.
Is there any built in facility in any of the usual 2003 office tools (word,
powerpoint, excel). Or are there any free downloads which do not require
extras

Powerpoint 2007 has this:

You can select the outlined list and convert it to a traditional org chart
format.
