how to automatically import message from outlook express to outlook xp?

In order to perform a bulk migration of users from Outlook Express to
Outlook XP, I need to implement an automatic procedure to read messages
in
Outlook Express .dbx files and save them in .pst files.

If users open Outlook they can import messages from Outlook Express,
but I
need to automate the procedure and make it transparent to users.

Can anybody please help?
