How to automatically move old items off theserver and onto the desktop

We only have 300 MB of server space in our Entourage accounts. I was wondering if it was possible to automatically move items that are about 5 months old, but that I don't want to delete, from the server to a local folder on my hard disk. I can't find anything that will work.

There is a script that does this for free, but it's broken in Leopard. You
can get the same function from a third party product. $30 for single user.
They have pack licenses.
