how to autorun access everytime runs the database

i wanna create i database that run everytime people accesing it....
when their inputing data, the access auto update my database
the including when they querrying the database...

but they did not hv any authority to modifying the table, forms or anything
they just hv authority to iput data n querries only

i want the database run without open by clicking the start
button>program>microsoft office>access>open file name
