How to avoid losing emails due to over-quota blockage?

Although my inbox currently contains one quarter of the volume of previous
norms(for me), all of a sudden I am receiving "over-quota" notices in my
inbox. Is there a way to increase the size of my "quota"?

Ask your Exchange administrator, who is the person who controls your mailbox quota.
