How to avoid Runtime Error messages and Debug questions?

In Outlook and Internet Explorer I am now receiving a lot of Runtime Error
messages and the question on whether I want to Debug. Since Debugging seems
very difficult is there any way around this problem?

An Office group is hardly the place for a question on IE but try this:

Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Disable script debugging and script error notification.

IE6 newsgroups.
