How to avoid user open the same "mde" file more than 1 time?

Dear All,

Does anyone know how to avoid the user open the same Access "mde" file more
than 1 time? I know how to do it on Visual Basic, but it won't work on
Access program.

Do note that if you change the title of your Access MDB in the Startup
options that's the title you must look for.
