how to avoid zero error in log log plot

i am plotting data on log-log plot with some of the data missing that gives
zero values cannot be plotted error message. I think there must be some way
of plotting that would avoid this error message. Please let me know if there
is such a method such as use of NA() or some such function

Yes.
In whichever cells are calculating a zero that is causing the problem, use
=IF(yourformula=0,NA(),yourformula)
