How to back-up autocorrect entries?

For the 4th time in 5 years I have lost all of my
autocorrect entries for Word, many hundred, which save me
hours a day in typing. It's just crazy that MS as usual
doesnt show you how to save these? Surely there must be
afile I can back up? I also once read that you could
archive them to the MS site, but try findiong it??

Any help anybody?

Use the File and Settings Transfer Wizard off the Start menu under Office
Tools.
