How to backup Office 2003 settings into a file ?

I changed a lot of default settings from Office 2003 to my favorite values.
E.g. "no underlining of Hyperlinks", "Setup of my own normal.dot", Disable help assistant,...

How can I backup all these settings into a file?

In case of a system crash and a necessary re-install of Office 2003 I have all
these settings to re-adjust manually again otherwise.

Furthermore I would like to have the possibility to copy these settings to another MsOffice 2003
installation on another computer.

Maybe I can export a certain branch of the Registry (which ?)?

If Office 2007 is installed on Windows XP OS and if you would like a general
backup of the User Files and Settings, then you can use the Files and
Settings Transfer Wizard to Backup the Settings in Office 2007. Else if you
are using Windows Vista you can use the Migration Wizard/Windows Easy
Transfer. The Office 2007 has given up with the Office 2003 Save my Settings
Wizard because of a better utility being incorporated to the Windows Vista
and Windows XP OS as such. Hence using the Migration Wizard(Vista) or Files
and Settings Xfer Wizard (XP) you can backup the Entire Settings with one go
instead of seperately doing so.
