How to backup Office files

I want to backup my mail and calendar contents but don't know where the
files are located. Does anyone no where the equivalent of the .pst
files from the Windows world exist.

Look for

~ocuments:Microsoft User Data:Office <X/2004> Identities:<your
account name>atabase

where ~ is your home directory.
