I Installed Project Server 2003 + SQL 2000 SP3A +
Analisys Services and SharePoint Services SP1 to a client
so that he evaluates the functionalities of the product.
I did that following every step on Installation guide
document provided by Microsoft.
The client is now very satisfied of how it works the
technology.
Now we have been contracted for a new installation of
Project Server 2003 + SQL 2000 SP3A + Analisys Services
and SharePoint Services SP1 on a new server with
different name for production environment. The issue is
that our client wants to import some data from the test
server.
The "To Do List" of the managers are very important.
One of the uploaded projects in the test server is now
being used by a team of users, some of those users are
managers or directors.
Since the "To do list" is very important for managers my
client wants to keep that information.
I do not want to make a Project Server migration
procedure because the first server is a test server and
has many changes.
I want to know if there is a way or a procedure to ONLY
Backup or Export the "To do list" that users created on
Project Web Access and then how can I restore or Import
it on the new Project Server 2003 Server.
I really will appreciate your help.
