How to backup part of data?

Hi!
I am new with Access. Now I have a question. I need to backup 2003 & 2004
data to other place. How could I do that? I check the database program, they
made a query to select 2002 data and a query to delete 2002 data at database.
But how to save the 2002 data in another mdb file?

Why not just copy the file and put it in a safe place? That way, you can
always query the data for the 2002 year, etc.
