how to be a delegate?

I have a question about Entourage versionX.
I want to look at the same entourage account in 2 different computers
and when I went to microsoft homepage, they showed me this information;

but, when I follow the directions and tried to add another person to
the accouts box under exchange tab, it got an error saying "Error
occured on the IMAP server". I do not know what the IMAP server is.
Could someone please tell me how to add a person to my account?
also, is it possible to use exactly the same email address in the two
computers?
