how to bind access database to listview

Hi, i am using excel and access 2000.
Access 2000 having a table data with columns "Company", "Product","Price".

I created a userform and Listview is placed. I would like to bind the table
information to this listview control. I tried rowsource type but it is not
working.
I know how to do it by using additem method.

Please suggest the way.
