How to build class-time-table easily in Office XP/2003?

Dear all,

I am a college student and I have several classes this semester. For each
class, there are lecture times, professor office hours, problem session
hours, several TAs' office hours...

I want to build a time-table for all of these classes, the rows of this
table are:

9:00-9:30am,
9:30-10:00am,
10:00-10:30am,
....
....

The columns are Monday thru Friday...

I want to show all timeslots graphically...

The problem is that some office hours and other events are overlapped or
partially overlapped; I want to show all the slots simultaneously even they
are overlapped...

I can do this by create a table and filling these cells manually... But
that's tedious...

But is there a software or tool that by inputing some information, it will
show the time-table graphically in the above format automatically?

Thanks a lot,

-Lucy

Both Excel and Word in the Office family will do this. (you are posting
in an Office-orientated newsgroup).

There are other word processors and spreadsheet programs tht will do the
same. You could also use a drawing package to do this.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
