How to build mineral processing flowcharts?

Hello! Could somebody give me a hint on how can I do mineral (ore)
processing plant flowcharts? Are there proper icons available like
crushers, screeners, mills etc? Any instruments to calculate mass
balance, solids/water dirtribution etc?
