How to buy infopath

I want to buy this product. Best Buy says I have to buy it online. Can it
be downloaded? or Do I have to wait for it to be shiiped?

It is part of Office so the only thing you buy online is the license key.
You then go into office tools, activate product and off you go. Obvioulsy,
you need the Office CD as well.
