how to calculate hours between milestones (baseline vs real)

gueb

I have a project not on schedule, so it is late. If I look a the baseline and
real milestones, I can calculate the difference on a calendar.

How to automatically calculate the nb of hours (days) a project is late? I
mean workable days.

Thanks

Hello gueb,

If you have baselined the schedule, the Start variance field should
automatically show the difference between the baseline start of the
milestone and the current scheduled start.

If you haven't already, update your project through Tools > Tracking >
Update Project, reschedule uncompleted work to start -- that should
shift any incomplete tasks to start on the date you specify.

Then show the variance table (View > Tables > Variance) to view the
information.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
