How to "can" Outlook2002 before creating a WinXP image ?

Hi,

We are starting to deploy WinXP throughout the company.
We plan to use image cloning since we will be using
similar desktops.

We install WinXP and customize it using Administrator
account.

What we need to do to customise Outlook such that
everytime a new user login, he/she will be prompted
username to an Exchange server instead of going through
the setup of Outlook again ?

Any tools we can use to customize WinXP quickly before
creating an image ?
