How to Cancel a message that is trying to besent over and over again

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I am receiving an error message b/c a message I sent was too large. Entourage keeps trying to send the message to see if it can be sent. The email is too large so it will not ever send and is slowing down my internet and sending new emails. How do I cancel the email that is trying to be sent?

Hi,

quit Entourage, then relaunch it while holding down the Shift key. Doing
so will disable any schedules set to run at start up, such as the Send &
Receive All schedule. Now click on the Outbox, select your message and
then delete it. That should take care of your problem.
