I need to cancel a 'Return Receipt Request'.
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002.
I use several POP email accounts, all of which will download my email but
some will not send mail due to proprietary constraints of the various ISPs.
I recently received a message to one of these that requested a return receipt
and inadvertently answered 'yes' to the request. Now, (somewhere within
Outlook) is a return receipt trying to be sent using this account which
cannot be sent.
In Outlook Express this was no problem as the return receipts all landed in
the 'Outbox' and could be manually deleted, but with Outlook 2002 I can find
no way to locate the return receipt and delete or cancel it.
Due to this, each time Outlook performs a 'Send/Receive' I get an error that
Outlook cannot complete this task.
Can someone help me figure out how to cancel this return receipt?
Thanks
