How to cancel send/receive

I have searched the forum and the internet to no avail. How can I stop entourage from sending an email after I have clicked send/receive, but before the email has left the outbox. I remember when I used outlook 2003 for Windows, I could do so via a command on one of the menus. Is this possible in entourage? Thank you for your help.

Command-Period (.) will do it (this is a standard Mac OS shortcut).

You can also click the Stop or Stop All button on the Progress window
(available in the Window menu).

Thank you VERY much! I was able to use the Stop All button on the Progress window (and thanks for also telling me where that was!). However, the Command-"." (period) doesn't seem to work. As this is faster, I would like to figure out why. Any ideas? Once again, thanks.
