how to capture events when mpp file is loaded from iframe..

hi,
i want to trigger a macro(which creates a tool bar & button automatically)
whenever a project is opened. the macro works fine if the file is opened from
msproject.

but if i open it in iframe its not working & the only event that can be
caught
when loaded in iframe is print event. i don't want the macro to be put in
global.mpt, i want it to be specific for the particular mpp file.

is there any way of catching the event or a way of creating a toolbar
dynamically whenever that particular file is loaded from iframe.
plz help me regarding this..
