How to capture webcasts into ON?

As a reporter I frequently have to capture audio from investor conference
call webcasts and public hearing webcasts. How do I capture these in OneNote?
If I can't get the video, is there a way to get just the audio into OneNote?

At worst you could record them using a microphone or webcam. You can save
the files on your hard drive and create links in your OneNote folders.
