How to catch event enable/disable toolbar

Hi .When I am typing some text in ms project fields (name ,duration ...) most
of the toolbars and menus became disable.(One of them is Filters)

How can I catch this change from enable--> to disable or how can I know that
specific option is disable (for example filters is disable) ?

There isn't a way, except whenever you are editing a cell, the edit needs to
finish before actions can take place.
