How to chagne the owner of Project "Updates"?

Dear Supportor

Do you know how to chagne the owner of Project "Updates"? My team member created a new project in MS Proejct server. When someone else updates the progress of a task in this project, the original project creator will receive the task "updates" information. The actual project manager can not see teh task "updates" information. So how could we change it so the actual project manager could see the "updates" information and approve/reject the "updates"
