How To Chain Admin Install

I've been trying to chain an admin install of Office 2000,
CD1 and CD2. The 1st CD installs, but then the PC doesn't
reboot and CD2 doesn't install. I've followed the
instructions from Microsoft and tried setting the install
up several times without success. Any ideas what's wrong?
