How to change a webpart title colour?

I am designing a sharepoint page and trying to change the Title bar colour of
a webpart, it currently states 'Announcements' and has a blue fade out block
colour for the title bar. I'd like to make it clear. How the devil do I do
this? I cannot find the file in the css. files.

Your help would be appreciated.

If it has a "fade out" (which I assume you mean gradient) block color then
the background is probably an image. You should still be able to locate the
attribute in CSS - maybe for h1.
